The fully automatic dosing device is a mechanical automatic dosing system widely used in industries such as water treatment and petrochemicals. The operation process of the fully automatic dosing device is very simple, which can be operated manually or through a controller. But before the fully automatic dosing device starts working, it is necessary to do a good job of debugging to avoid unnecessary trouble. In the process of water supply and drainage treatment, various chemical agents are often added for scale inhibition, algae removal, coagulation, and flocculation to achieve the goal of purifying water. These formulations include solid particles and liquids, which should be dissolved, diluted, and administered in proportion during the administration process to achieve good results. Therefore, the fully automatic dosing device is one of the commonly used equipment in water treatment engineering.
How to debug the fully automatic dosing device
1. Check if the water source and power supply of the fully automatic dosing device are connected.

2. Check if the fully automatic dosing device is intact, set the control button of the machine to the manual position, and check if the motor rotates correctly.
3. Use your hands to move the floating balls inside the box up and down one by one, check if the fully automatic dosing device machine can work properly, and check if the machine alarm can work properly.
4. Put the dry polyacrylamide solid powder into the hopper and place it in a suitable container at the inlet.
5. Open the inlet valve and press the start button of the feeding motor to start feeding.
6. Weigh the polymer in the container and keep a record.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 above and predict the average weight of the powder conveyed through the feeder.
8. Repeat the above three steps and make a record. Due to the controllable and known feed rate, a feed rate curve can be drawn for future reference.
9. Stop the feeder.
10. Set the control switch in the electrical cabinet to the "automatic" position.
11. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the feeder should be able to automatically stop, stop water intake, and start the metering pump. When the liquid level reaches a low level, the feeder should be able to automatically start feeding and adding water.
12. Adjust the stroke of the metering pump to the appropriate point and then enter automatic operation mode.
Before installation at the customer's site, it is necessary to carry out various debugging work and preparations to accelerate the dosing installation work without causing more trouble.
Precautions when selecting a fully automatic dosing device
When selecting a fully automatic dosing device, the user first determines the selection specifications based on the amount of solution added to the system (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume, and on-site debugging), and then determines the dosing based on the dosing situation.
2. Select the materials and metering pump models for each part of the fully automatic dosing device as needed.
