Preparation for using sludge filter press:

(3) Check the deceleration oil level.

(5) Ensure that the scraper is in correct contact with the filter cloth.

(6) Check if the tension of the upper and lower sludge filter presses is appropriate and adjust it to the appropriate tension.

(7) Check the air pressure of the air compressor and regulator.

The sludge filter press starts working:

(1) Start the control valve of the air storage tank of the air compressor to supply pressurized air to the air pressure control device.

(2) Adjust the air pressure and set the tension of the filter cloth. When adjusting in advance, be careful not to let the tension telescopic frame come into contact with the frame.

(3) Gently move the filter cloth by hand to check if the cylinder is working properly. Additionally, test whether the emergency stop switch function is normal.

(4) Start the filter cloth cleaning pump of the sludge filter press and ensure that the water and water pressure of the pump meet the requirements.

(5) Next, start the sludge filter press and check if all equipment is working properly.

(6) Start the sludge supply pump.

Precautions for using sludge filter press:

(1) If the filter cloth of the sludge filter press cannot return to the normal position due to displacement, please stop working immediately.

(2) Please remember that if the tension of the filter cloth cannot be maintained correctly, the filter cloth offset control system may not function properly.

The sludge filter press stops working:

(1) Turn off the sludge supply pump.

(2) Then start the mud filter for at least 20 minutes. When restarting the mud filter, the filter cloth cleaning pump and mud conveying device should also continue to run until the remaining mud completely escapes from the mud and can be cleaned.

(3) After confirming that the mud bread completely flows out of the mud, clean the filter cloth and drum, and then close the mud filter, washing pump, and mud bread transportation device of the sludge filter press again.

Attention: After stopping the operation, if the sludge filter press is not operated for a long time, please slow down the tension of the filter cloth.
