Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion, through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and pitch, as well as the tiny gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring. Laminated spiral pressure filtration method has the function of self-cleaning the filter seam.
Structure of screw stacking machine
1. Stacked screw body
The stacked screw body consists of a fixed ring, a moving ring, a screw shaft, a screw rod, a gasket and several connecting plates. The fixed ring is connected together by six screws. A gasket and a moving ring are arranged between the fixed ring. The fixed ring and the moving ring are made of wear-resistant materials, so that the life of the whole machine is longer. The screw shaft passes through the fixed ring and the moving ring, and the moving ring is sleeved on the screw shaft.
2. Spiral shaft
The spiral shaft is composed of a shaft and a spiral blade, and the shaft is welded by the shaft and the hollow shaft. Group welding is to weld the shaft and the hollow shaft first, and then carry out rough turning after welding to ensure the coaxiality of the shafts at both ends, and then weld the spiral blade and the shaft by full welding.
3. Driving device
The driving device is the power source of the equipment, and the performance of the driving device will directly affect the performance of the whole machine. For this reason, our company selects the motor with superior performance. The protection grade of the motor is IP54, and the insulation grade is F. The motor complies with IEC standard and the power supply is 380V AC/3PH/50Hz.
4. Filtrate tank
The filtrate tank is formed by welding plates and is used to collect the filtrate from the pressure filtration of the screw stacking body. The periphery of the filtrate tank is connected with the frame body by screws, and a flange is provided on the side of the filtrate tank to connect with external equipment.
5, Hybrid System
The mixing system is mainly used to fully mix the sludge and the agent to form alum flowers and enter the main body of the screw stack for pressing and dewatering.
