Automatic dosing device, mainly solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type filter, safety valve, back pressure valve, check valve, pulse damper, water level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, installation platform and other components of integration installed on a base. The user only needs to place the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipe and connect it to the power supply to start and put it into operation. During the operation, the pH value of the fluid is automatically detected and the corresponding liquid medicine is intelligently judged. This factory-based complete device can greatly reduce the workload of design and on-site construction, basically realize unattended, and provide reliable guarantee for the quality, safety and on-site operation of the whole machine.

The ammonia dosing system can realize full-automatic control. The preparation of ammonia liquid can also be automatically controlled in addition to manual preparation. When the liquid level of the solution tank is lower than the set value, the inlet valve of the solution tank will be automatically closed when it reaches the high liquid level. The control of ammonia dosing amount can also be automatically controlled in addition to manual control. After PID calculation by PLC program control system, the frequency converter controls the ammonia dosing amount of ammonia dosing pump to achieve the purpose of full-automatic dosing.

For the preparation of phosphate solution, trisodium phosphate is directly added into the dosing place of the solution tank, and the mixing machine is started to dissolve. The control of the amount of phosphate added can also be fully automatic controlled in addition to manual control. After PID operation by PLC program control system, the amount of phosphorus metering pump is controlled by frequency converter to achieve the purpose of automatic dosing.

The full-automatic dosing device integrates automatic dosing, dissolution and dosing, and operates fully automatically. The ingenious design of the high-precision conveying and heating device for dry speculation can reduce the occurrence of granulation (block). Dry powder and water inlet can be adjusted, and the random electric control cabinet can arbitrarily prepare the liquid medicine with required concentration to control the whole preparation process. When the powder reaches the low material level, an alarm signal will be issued to remind the operator to feed.
